"With these new additions, we are delivering smarter, more efficient printing solutions that seamlessly integrate into today’s business environments. Our focus remains on innovation and user-centric design to enhance productivity across all workplaces."

Many new features

The All-in-One models now feature large, easy-to-use touch displays, aligning with the design of Konica Minolta’s bizhub i-Series, ensuring a more user-friendly experience.

Another new feature is the card reader support, which makes the devices particularly suitable for companies with larger print fleets that want to track the printing, scanning and copying activities of their users with a print management solution and therefore want to use card authentication.

These new models can be integrated in Fleet RMM, Konica Minolta’s remote monitoring solution, ensuring optimized performance and minimal downtime.

The devices now also feature barcode printing as standard, making them perfect for use in logistics, where deliveries and shipments need to be made identifiable using barcode labels. The barcodes can be printed natively from ERP systems such as SAP.

With the new native Air Print support, users can print directly from iOS devices without needing additional apps, simplifying mobile printing.

Additionally, the bizhub 4221i now comes with a dual-scan document feeder, significantly improving scanning speeds for businesses handling large volumes of documents.
