  • Konica Minolta Launches bizhub C268i as well as bizhub 328i and 258i

    Langenhagen, Germany | 13 Apr 2026

Three new compact, cost-effective A3 systems for the entry-level segment

Konica Minolta expands its established bizhub i-Series portfolio with three new compact, functionally focused systems: the bizhub C268i, an A3 color multifunction system, as well as the bizhub 328i and bizhub 258i, two A3 black-and-white systems. As cost-effective entry-level solutions within the bizhub i-Series, they focus on the core requirements of office printing, scanning, and copying—providing the functionality needed for everyday office use.

Unified Platform for Seamless Integration

Konica Minolta’s entire current A3 portfolio is based on the same platform and architecture. The bizhub C268i, 328i, and 258i provide the same unified technological foundation as the other systems within the bizhub i-Series. Businesses benefit from a consistent user interface, high system performance, and compatibility with existing applications, cloud services, and output management solutions. This enables seamless integration into existing IT infrastructures and device fleets—both in small and mid-sized businesses and as a cost-effective complement within larger enterprise environments.

Intuitive Operation for Efficient Workflows

The 7-inch touch panel offers intuitive operation—comparable to using a smartphone or tablet. Customizable interfaces, integrated workflows, and support for applications from the Konica Minolta Marketplace create the foundation for efficient digital document processes. Frequently used functions can be saved as presets, further accelerating day-to-day workflows. In addition, preinstalled apps help with copying and scanning of common document types, such as IDs, books or booklets, thanks to illustrated step-by-step guidance.

Integrated Security at the Enterprise Level

In terms of IT security, the new systems meet the requirements of modern enterprise environments. Embedded in the MFP firmware, optional Bitdefender’s antivirus monitors files and documents transferred to and from the device in real time. In addition, scheduled scans can be configured to routinely check the device for potential threats.

High Media Flexibility in a Compact System

The new models support SRA3 and banner formats as well as media processing up to 300 g/m², allowing the possibility to occasionally create print matters on demand such as certificates, diplomas, gift cards, business cards, custom covers, promotional booklets or individualised offers or sales presentations.

By expanding the bizhub i-Series, Konica Minolta provides businesses with a deliberately focused, cost-effective alternative for standardized office requirements. The new models enable organizations to integrate modern IT standards with a future-proof, scalable platform strategy.

The bizhub C268i, bizhub 328i, and bizhub 258i are available now.
