Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe is pleased to have once again been recognized as “Microsoft Solutions Partner” across all three solution areas in Microsoft’s restructured partner program, which are “Cloud & AI Platforms”, “AI Business Solutions”, and “Security”. These designations reaffirm the company's extensive expertise across the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem and its ability to support customers across the full Microsoft technology portfolio, from cloud infrastructure and business applications to artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.

Four specializations complement Konica Minolta’s Microsoft expertise

In addition to the three Microsoft Solutions Partner designations, Konica Minolta has achieved the four Microsoft specializations “Agentic Business Solutions”, “Microsoft 365 Copilot”, “Small and Midsize Business Management”, and “Cloud Security”. Cloud & AI Platforms: The “Cloud & AI Platforms” designation demonstrates Konica Minolta’s ability to help customers build, migrate, and innovate on Microsoft Azure, covering areas such as cloud migration, hybrid infrastructure, Azure Arc, AI platforms, and application development. In this area, the company’s expertise is further supported by its “Agentic Business Solutions” specialization, demonstrating capabilities in low-code applications, process automation, and agentic solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.

AI Business Solutions: Konica Minolta’s expertise in AI Business Solutions encompasses Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Teams, and SharePoint, Business Central, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power BI, and helps companies modernize the way their employees work and their business processes to increase productivity, collaboration, and operational efficiency.
