Konica Minolta today announces the release of AccurioPro Color Manager (APCM2) version 2.3, the latest evolution of its powerful color management suite. Designed with a strong focus on customer value, the new version maximizes operational efficiency and oversight across multiple sites and partner locations.

At the heart of this update is a dedicated Cloud Integration framework that transforms raw color measurement data into clear, actionable reports. It introduces advanced cloud-based reporting and historical data analytics that enable print businesses to achieve consistent, high-quality output with significantly less manual effort.

Real-Time Visibility That Drives Better Decisions

The new version combines comprehensive reporting and real-time visibility via its integration with AccurioPro CloudEye. The fully quantified quality management systems provide instant access to performance data across the entire print operation is now possible. Instead of relying on basic pass/fail checks, users can now benefit from a fully transparent and measurable quality management system.

Real-time monitoring allows operators and managers to view professional reports and validation results anytime, from any device. These reports highlight specific validation results of each printer in the print room, or at each location, making it simple to share insights instantly across teams. This immediate access to information enables faster decision-making.

Detailed reporting provides deeper insights into color performance, color patches, dot gain characteristics, and density values. This level of granularity shows how every printer in a fleet is performing to enable complete confidence in output while supporting continuous quality improvement.

Turning Data Into Long-Term Value

AccurioPro Color Manager v2.3 goes beyond day-to-day monitoring by leveraging cloud-based historical analytics to deliver long-term view of color performance, helping businesses identify trends and maintain standards over time.

By centralizing data and standards in the cloud, organizations can ensure fleet-wide synchronization with consistent color performance across multiple sites and partner locations. Target configurations and their associated tracking data can be shared instantly, helping businesses maintain production consistency at scale.

In addition, historical cloud-based trend analysis of validation results enables proactive maintenance. It ensures color quality does not drift over weeks or months of production and takes corrective action before quality issues arise - reducing waste, minimizing rework, and protecting profitability.

Making Professional Color Management Accessible to All

A key focus of AccurioPro Color Manager v2.3 is simplifying advanced color management so that every operator, regardless of experience level, can achieve expert results.

Smart Color Sequence Setup provides simplified workflows for non-experts. It automatically determines the correct adjustment process based on the press and controller configuration, reducing the need for specialist knowledge. This allows even less experienced users to manage color with confidence.

When a validation check fails, the Smart Color Sequence Recovery ensures intelligent recovery. It uses a wizard-style interface to suggest and guide the operator through the specific adjustments needed to return to standard.

Through seamless integration with IQ-501 and IQ-601 Intelligent Quality Optimizers, AccurioPro Color Manager v2.3 automates complex calibration and quality control tasks. This reduces manual intervention, lowers labor requirements, and minimizes costly errors.

A Complete End-to-End Solution

The AccurioPro Color Manager 2 Suite provides a comprehensive platform for modern print operations, including press setup, building media-specific profiles, running verification checks, and accessing cloud-based analysis.
