Konica Minolta Business Europe Healthcare Strengthens Its Go-to-Market Model in France with EDM Imaging
A dedicated local partner, closer to French customers, from 1 October 2026
Konica Minolta Business Europe (BEU) Healthcare announces that, effective 1 October 2026, EDM Imaging will take responsibility for the distribution, installation, maintenance and support of Konica Minolta Healthcare solutions in France. The change has been prepared in close coordination with Konica Minolta Business Solutions France (BF) and EDM Imaging, and it marks an important step in how we serve healthcare professionals and organisations across the country.
Why we are making this change
The French healthcare market calls for dedicated local expertise, continuous customer engagement and fast access to commercial and technical support. EDM Imaging is already well established in France, with a strong and broad medical imaging portfolio, which makes it the right partner to meet those needs. The new model is built around five goals:
- Getting closer to the French market, with customer relationships and day-to-day decisions handled locally.
- Providing continuous and leaner sales and service support, with clear local ownership of every customer.
- Working with a dedicated local partner, EDM Imaging, whose strong and broad portfolio and market knowledge give a solid foundation in France.
- Focusing each organisation on its core strengths, so the best resource handles every topic.
- Providing transparency to all, so the goals and reasons behind the change are clear.
