Attractive allowance (applicable since 01/08/2025):
- 1st year of training: 1.250,- € (gross salary/mthl)
- 2nd year of training: 1.330,- € (gross salary/mthl)
- 3rd year of training: 1.380,- € (gross salary/mthl)

- 30 days holiday plus special leave days before the intermediate and final exams

Knowledge and growth through international internships
As part of their training, three of our apprentices had the extraordinary opportunity to participate in international assignments - a special experience that is not taken for granted, but is actively supported by a few international departments to promote both personal and professional development.
Through their four-week internships in three of our European subsidiaries, Emma, Merle-Marie, and Finn were able to immerse themselves in the unique cultural and professional dynamics of their host countries, develop their skills and confidence, and gain a global perspective.
